Okay, I have a weird interest in the White House. No, not the amazing power or world shaping or history making that occurs every day in our Executive Branch of the government.I am talking about the inner-workings of the White House. The History Channel has some great shows about the "secrets" of the White House from the decor, the culinary needs or the functions of it. It is fascinating. I was lucky enough to visit the White House over Christmas in 2018. With our new President taking office, how cool is it that the Oval Officeis literally transformed over the

span of hours between the outgoing, President, President Biden, and the incoming President, President Trump.
Literally, their transition team has it picked out and by the time President Trump started to sign Executive Orders, it was 'his' office. President Trump left the gold curtains that was still there from 2016. The carpet was changed to a neutral gold/tan rug. He returned the service flags to the White House. He has a statute of President Andrew Jackson front andcenter behind him. Of course, I noticed the beautiful Challenge Coins as well on President Trump's desk. I also proudly have my Challenge Coins on my desk. You cannot help but notice the vibrant colors and bold patterns that exude the majesty of the President and the energy President Trump brings. The artwork focuses on our American heritage with portraits of great Presidents of our past and rich nation's history.Beyond the amazing speed of the transition and the new leadership style & vision, the beauty of the Oval Office is another showcase of this great Nation that I get the opportunity to serve as a Judge.
